We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Developer to join our team and drive our business growth to new heights.


Responsibilities:


1. Market Research and Analysis:

   - Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities in the energy and engineering sector.

   - Analyze competitor activities and customer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.


2. Lead Generation:

   - Proactively identify and pursue new business leads in the energy industry through networking. 

   - Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies tailored to the energy and engineering sector.


3. Client Relationship Management:

   - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the energy industry to foster long-term partnerships.

   - Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


4. Sales and Revenue Generation:

   - Develop and execute sales strategies specifically designed for the energy and engineering sector to meet and exceed revenue targets.

   - Negotiate contracts, close deals, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.


5. Partnership and Collaboration:

   - Identify and evaluate potential partners and collaborators within the energy industry.

   - Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities in the energy and engineering sector.


6. Strategic Planning:

   - Contribute to the development of the overall business strategy with a specific focus on the energy industry.

   - Provide insights and recommendations for business growth and expansion in the energy and engineering sector.


7. Networking:

   - Represent Klosters Energy Services at energy industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

   - Build and maintain a strong professional network within the energy and engineering industry.


8. Proposal and Presentation:

   - Present to clients and stakeholders in the energy and engineering industry in a clear and persuasive manner compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our data-driven engineering services for the energy sector.

  

9. Cross-functional Collaboration:

   - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure cohesive business strategies aligned with the unique needs of the energy and engineering sector.


10. Risk Management:

    - Identify potential risks and challenges in business development initiatives within the energy industry.

    - Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for successful outcomes in the energy and engineering sector.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the energy and engineering sector.

- Strong understanding of energy industry trends and dynamics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex engineering solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in the energy and engineering sector.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
